Essen:
The KVD Service Congress 2022 with the title “New or normal – service as driver” took place on the 9th and 10th of November in the Grand Hall Zollverein in Essen.
The service association KVD is Europe’s largest and most important professional association for decision-makers and experts in service. The aim of the KVD is to support specialists and managers in the design of their service business. The KVD Service Congress serves as a forum for service experts to exchange views and as a network. The membership structure of this network is diverse, ranging from mechanical and plant engineering, consumer goods and household appliances to software manufacturers. Start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises from the medium-sized sector are represented there as well as large international corporations. For KVD, service and its future-proof orientation are the cornerstone for the long-term success of companies and organisations. As a long-standing member of the KVD and a traditional exhibitor, INNOSOFT took part in the event. Our distributors Robert Hellweg and Alexander Oleksow were on site and presented our “Field Service Management” solution.
Stuttgart:
On November 8th, INNOSOFT was also competently represented as an exhibitor at the Serviceforum Region Stuttgart. Sales associates Steffen Schmidt and Thomas Schneider presented the INNOSOFT solutions and were available to the many interested parties for questions. The event dealt with the question of how service and business models in after sales will look in 10 years and whether the currently favoured developments are sustainable. In addition to the technical and procedural integration of the service into the company as a whole, the strategic component was also discussed.
