The latest version of our INNOSOFT “Field Service Management” has been released and is now available to our customers. In Addition to security-relevant changes, optimized performance and the fixing of various bugs, the 1.9 release includes numerous features and functions.

- Possibility to enter manual geo-coordinates for addresses and resources

- Colors in the capacity diagram are now adjustable

- Integration of SmartSearch (semantic search) as an independent module in Standard Field Service Management (can be purchased/rented as a license)
