Sebastian Schult

Head of Sales

Sebastian Schult is one of our top experts for Innosoft Field Service Management. He has been a permanent member of the Innosoft sales team since 2016 and has previously gained experience in other areas such as service or quality assurance. Sebastian successfully completed his dual studies at the European University of Applied Sciences in Brühl and gained further skills in dealing with people from different cultures during his semester abroad in England.

With his skills and conscientiousness, you quickly notice – sales is important to Sebastian. Customer satisfaction always comes first. Sebastian likes to give more than 120% and lives the saying “There are no traffic jams on the extra mile.”

Robert Hellweg

Sales

Robert Hellweg completed his training at Innosoft and knows our Innosoft “Field Service Manament” system like no other. In the course of his training at Innosoft, he was able to accompany important processes and gain the necessary expertise to successfully support our customers.

Alexander Oleksow

Sales

Alexander Oleksow found his way to INNOSOFT during his studies. He gained in-depth knowledge of service processes and spare parts management during his time in the mechanical and plant engineering industry. Issues such as the availability of spare parts, the first time fix rate and service level agreements played a key role, as well as the underlying processes. Therefore, he understands the concerns of our prospective customers and is happy to offer support in the transformation towards digitized processes. His motto is: “Digitalization as an enabler for efficient processes that are fully aligned with the needs of customers. “

Julia Götz

Julia Götz looks back on many years of experience in sales. The customer is king is not just a phrase, but is lived every day with heart by her.

As a trade economist, she has an open eye for processes to be optimized and sees every request as an opportunity for improvement. This is where she is convinced, that customer satisfaction is the foundation for achieving outstanding results. Creative solutions combined with a Baden vocabulary make her the ideal contact person for the area Baden-Württemberg and the surrounding area. Transparent communication is her key tool for long-term customer relationships.

Daniel Brilovitsch

Daniel Brilovitsch successfully completed his training as an industrial clerk in 2022. He is currently working in Sales and is particularly distinguished by his open-mindedness and sociability. During his apprenticeship at a renowned company specializing in the manufacture of metallic fasteners, he gained a deep understanding of the crucial importance of a well-structured organization and an efficient service management system. He gained in-depth knowledge in the field of sales, which gave him a deep understanding of this field. His belief in the importance of quality customer service characterizes his daily work.

Steffen Schmidt

Sales Partner

Steffen Schmidt works as a sales partner at Innosoft. He draws on more than 25 years of service process knowledge and service software know-how. The adaptation of customer-specific service, software roll-out processes and methods as well as the cultural characteristics of worldwide implementations were acquired primarily in the field of robotics and the associated applications. Solutions for information management, the provision of service knowledge on any device and at the right time are also part of its portfolio.

Hans Walter Zimmermann

Sales Partner

Hans Walter Zimmermann was in a leading position in the service department of a globally operating manufacturer of equipment for the generation of vacuum. Innosoft’s software was used there.

Originally from the Cologne region, Hans Walter Zimmermann now lives mainly in Belgium and is therefore the perfect contact person for customers as well as projects from the Benelux region.

After retirement, Hans Walter would like to pass on his experience and expertise in the field of service to others – “Innosoft’s software is a product that can be recommended with a clear conscience”.
