The VDMA’s online event “Digital Service Management” on 09 March 2022 was fully booked and a complete success.
The challenges of digital service management are clear. Quick access to technical information to find solutions is – with today’s amount and complexity of data – indispensable. But how does this work?
Mark André Muth (Project Engineer, Kolbus GmbH & Co. KG), showed this in a live demo. The participants were given an insight into the digital service processes and how Kolbus together with Innosoft – for many years – have continuously developed and improved their service management system.
By switching to Innosoft‘s Field Service Management (FSM), as well as the new integrated SmartSearch technology, Kolbus is now in a position to automatically link service-relevant information and knowledge with AI support and make it intuitively available.
In his live demo, Sebastian Schult (Head of Sales, Innosoft GmbH) presented very clearly, based on a service order, exactly how SmartSearch can make the everyday work of a service employee much easier. The competence in the service is significantly increased and the training of new colleagues is much more efficient. In addition, not only is the first-time fix rate improved, but the mean time to repair is also noticeably reduced.
