The VDMA Service Excellence conference addresses current challenges and focuses on digital tools, demands on service personnel, post-automation and performance-enhancing conversions.
The VDMA conference will focus on the use of artificial intelligence in digital service tools. In addition, innovative digital tools will be presented that can sustainably relieve customer service employees. In fact, it is often a lack of human resources that hinders an even more positive development in the after-sales service.
Ingo Slawek, Service Manager at DIOSNA Dierks & Söhne GmbH, will report on his experiences in the field of “Conversion – Systematic inspection, intelligent planning and targeted implementation”. His presentation deals with challenges in the realisation of conversions, system-controlled processes of information acquisition and solution finding as well as an outlook on digital twins and smart functions.
