Use the camera function of your smartphone to attach photos directly to an assignment. Whether receipts for cash expenses, hotel bills or photographic documentation of the system on site — Innosoft Mobile has embraced the idea of paperless service. And sometimes even a trouser pocket is sufficient as a transport container. Documents such as performance records created on site and other service reports can be signed digitally and sent automatically to the customer immediately afterwards. In addition, the dynamic reporting system enables the design of individual checklists for the recording of structured assignment data.
Convenient recording of performance data
Travel, waiting and working times are registered live using a digital time stamp clock. At the start and end points — such as departure and arrival — a simple click is all it takes. In addition to out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements, the used spare parts are also reported back, whereby the material can be captured conveniently by scanning a QR code. The data input masks can easily be customized and extended individually so that it is also possible to record, edit and report information outside of the Innosoft standard process.
