30 years of Innosoft – that stands for continuity, growth, and above all, many shared experiences with customers and partners.
During this time, it’s not just technology that has changed significantly. Our customers’ needs, the markets, and the pace at which everything evolves are also different today than they were just a few years ago.
What has remained constant: our commitment to delivering solutions that truly work in everyday life—and a team that takes ownership.
To mark our anniversary, we wanted to dig deeper: What has shaped Innosoft over the years? What defines the company today? And what’s next on the agenda?
To find out, we spoke with our managing directors.
Question:
When you look back on the past few years, what makes you particularly proud of Innosoft’s progress?
“We are particularly proud of the many long-standing customer relationships we have built. In some cases, we have been working with our customers for decades. Just recently, a customer we have been supporting for over 20 years said, ‘You can always count on Innosoft.’ That perfectly sums up what we stand for.”
Question:
In your opinion, what were the most important milestones that have shaped our company?
“There were several key developments: the development of our standardized and certified SAP interface, the integration of mobile clients, and, most recently, the move toward FSM. The successful transition and further development of our product lines were particularly important in this regard.”
“At the same time, we have continued to tailor our solutions to our customers’ processes and have successfully implemented large-scale, international rollouts. The fact that some customers—such as KHS and Neumag—have been with us since our early years shows that this approach works.”
Question:
What sets Innosoft apart today, and how do we stand out in the market?
“A key point is that our processes work ‘out of the box.’ Our customers don’t have to develop everything from scratch; instead, they can start working right away with a fully functional service process—and expand it as needed.
This is a major advantage, especially in mechanical engineering. Our customers know they can count on us. And when it really matters, they speak directly with experts who have a deep understanding of the subject.”
Question:
Looking ahead—what issues, opportunities, and goals will Innosoft be focusing on in the coming year?
“A key focus will be the expansion of our AI activities. At the same time, we are seeing a strong shift toward the cloud as more and more customers migrate their systems.
Many of our upcoming projects will support these very transformations. In addition, automation—particularly process automation—will play an increasingly important role.”
