Six steps to service success – an overview

1. Kick-Off

The introduction begins with a structured kick-off, in which you get to know your personal contact person who will accompany you through the entire project. During this phase, we will jointly clarify the framework conditions of your project, discuss important details and make the decisive choice between an installation in the Innosoft Cloud or directly on your own servers (OnPremise).

2. System installation

Once the basics are established, the system is installed and set up. We make sure that all necessary licenses and features are activated to ensure a smooth start. The installation is done either on your own servers (OnPremise) or in the Innosoft Cloud.

3. Data import

In the third phase, the system setup is completed. A one-time import of master data such as contacts, addresses, articles, machines and resources is performed to create a solid data base.

4. Service Report

Your service report, developed on the basis of many years of industry-specific expertise, will be individually adapted to your company branding. This includes the integration of your logo, company data and the adaptation of the color scheme according to your wishes.

5. Training

This phase is dedicated to your users. We conduct intensive training with your key users, based on the core functions of our software. Practical examples and exercises guarantee that your team can use the software efficiently and independently.

6. System acceptance

In the final step, we check the current state of the system together and clarify open questions. After successful acceptance, we offer additional workshops on topics such as integration and further adaptations to optimize your system even further.
