- Structure, Operations and Supply Chains
Structure: Innosoft GmbH is a software development company focused on field service management solutions. We are privately owned and have no subsidiaries.
Operations: We provide cloud-based software services and implementation support. While most of our business activities are based in the EU, we serve global clients, including in Australia.
Supply Chains: Our supply chain includes:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure services (primarily from global providers)
- Software development tools and platforms
- IT equipment and office supplies
- Occasional third-party consultants and implementation partners
- Modern Slavery Risks
We have assessed potential risks of modern slavery in our:
- Technology supply chain, particularly for hardware components (e.g. laptops, servers)
- Third-party contractors, especially in countries with weaker labour protections
- Global software providers, where we rely on large-scale service infrastructures
Although the overall risk in our business is considered low, we acknowledge indirect risks in upstream supply chains beyond our immediate control.
- Innosoft’s Due Diligence Processes, Risk Assessment and Risk Management in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
Innosoft has adopted a uniform group strategy for compliance with human rights due diligence requirements, risk assessment, and risk management in its own business operations and supply chains. This strategy provides a structured framework for identifying and mitigating risks related to human rights violations, including modern slavery and human trafficking.
In 2024, Innosoft conducted various comprehensive risk assessments with a focus on human rights across its business activities and supplier network. These assessments included evaluating potential exposure to modern slavery, both directly and indirectly, particularly in areas such as outsourced services, IT procurement, and international partnerships. The findings are being used to inform further preventive measures and improve supplier engagement processes going forward.
