With the new versions 2.6.0 and 2.6.2 of the Innosoft Mobile App, we bring numerous improvements and new features that make your mobile work even more intuitive and powerful. From travel reports in the portal view, to optimized currency management, to new camera integration for Windows, this update offers many valuable innovations!
2.6.0
- Requirement FSM version 2.2
- It is possible to capture travel reports in the app.
- Special masks from the FSM are displayed, adapted to the mobile app.

- More portal views will follow.
Currency conversion
- The total cost of the cash outlays will only be converted into the household bill if necessary.
- If all cash expenditures are recorded in U.S. dollars, the amount is also displayed in U.S.dollars.
- When the currencies are mixed, the cash outlays are converted into the domestic currency using the conversion factor and displayed as a sum.
Currencies remain selected
- When adding currencies, the app remembers the last currency selected.
Document import from use into the service report
- New action has been added in the document pane: “Copy from Deployment”.
- The technician can, for example, determine which documents are sent in the attachment when the finished service report is e-mailed.
- The connected webcam or built-in camera of the Windows computer can now be used to capture documents.
- Affects only users who have installed the app via a .zip directory from us.
- If the app was installed via .msix or .appinstaller, you are not affected.
- The name of the application has changed from “Innosoft Mobile.exe” to “InnosoftMobile.exe.” Existing shortcuts, e.g. on the desktop, need to be replaced or edited.
