Innosoft Update – FSM Version 2.1

In the new FSM 2.1 release, we have placed special emphasis on user-friendliness. Our focus is on improving the user experience and making the application even more intuitive and efficient. Learn more about the exciting new features and improvements that FSM 2.1 brings.

General

Language

  • If there is no translation in the appropriate language, English will be automatically

Weekly reports

  • The monthly limit can be activated in the ‘General Settings’ section of the ‘Weekly Report’.

Addresses

  • Branches can now be maintained.

Navigation

  • “Restart” action has been added.

Dynamic search

  • Search templates are now merged with context parameters.
  • Dynamic search settings have been added.

Technical reports

  • Report stamps can now be imported/exported.

Countries/Expenses

  • The country table has been revised.
  • A country can now be linked to a time zone and calendar.
  • In an address or resource, the specific country information can be assigned.
  • The address search has been adjusted accordingly.

Planning Board

  • The period selection has received a new dialog with calendar components and period templates.
  • Filters are now grouped.
  • A new option for templates (Resource List theme) has been added in the ‘User Settings’.
  • Resources can now also be sorted by first name.
  • A new General setting can (if enabled) automatically change the broadcast status when the bet is changed.
  • Added a new display and download option for ‘Documents to be sent’.
  • The display of holidays has been revised.
  • A new filter has been added to hide finished bets.
  • The project filter has been revised and a setting has been added to the extension.

Resource

  • In the Document tab, those from child objects are now also displayed.
  • An additional file containing the QR code is now available in the Mobile App area.
  • The request profile in the resource search is now in its own tab. In addition, there is a sub-function here to display only resources that meet all requirements.

Tickets

  • Improved the drag and drop function of documents in the ticket history.
  • A new function can be unlocked in ‘General Settings’ to copy one or more materials to corresponding one or more machines.

Business Information

  • Added a new feature for exporting charts.

Other

Receipts

  • Added a sub-option for ‘Copy Service Report’.

Info tool task

  • Tasks can now be imported and exported.

Travel report

  • The user interface for travel reports can now also be displayed as a ‘mobile’ version.

Emails

  • New actions have been added to the preview.

Logging

  • Entries that were previously accessible in a .txt file can now also be logged in the database after additional settings
