With Release 2.2, we are introducing a variety of new functions and improvements that will make your daily work even more efficient – from an optimized user configuration to new filter options in Dispatch. Particularly noteworthy are the improved usability of the grids and new bookmark options for better organization. Here are all the new features in detail:
- Easier operation for all user configuration grids (e.g. identification rights)
- The expander for contact persons now also shows the mobile phone number
- The multiple selection of posts can be completely deleted with one button
- Editing skills now also includes sorting criteria
- Multiselect for users is now also possible for roles
- A new password can be generated in the user configuration and ‘Change password’ areas
- The shortcut list has been extended
- The dashboard settings can be copied to other users, groups or super groups
- The expiration date of training courses is calculated automatically after the entry in ‘days’
- Depending on the user, the extended project filter can be activated
- The selection of a resource is displayed hatched over the entire line
- You can also search for a resource by its name in the top bar
- The documents to be sent can now all be selected or deselected at once
- A new dialog for uploading documents is available
- Navigation in the document tree structure has been improved
- The new main category ‘Bookmarks’ has been added
- New options for managing bookmarks have been added
- The status of the tickets is displayed in the ‘Ticket Texts’ area via a coloring in the header
- Tickets can now be exported to Excel
