With the update to FSM 2.3, you can expect numerous improvements in the user interface, warehouse management, and project management. Particularly noteworthy are new features such as the enhanced semantic search and the integrated chatbot in the ticket system.
- Licenses: Expired licenses are displayed via a notification.
- Editor: The names of entities that can be edited are now displayed.
- Viewing rights: In addition to the option “Show only own resources,” you can now also restrict the dynamic search.
- UI: The “Automatic Update” button has been removed.
- Documents: Documents added to assignments and service reports for a project are now displayed together in the project.
- Site manager mode: Resources can be added to the project. The site manager can record times for these resources in the FSM or the mobile app.
- Warehouses and storage locations: Warehouses and storage locations can be defined in the FSM. Vehicle warehouses can be mapped.
- Inventories: Warehouse inventories can be checked in the FSM. Inventories can be recorded directly in the FSM via a goods receipt. Warehouse inventories can be moved to other warehouses.
- Projects, assignments, documents: Material can be searched for and added directly in specific warehouses, e.g., vehicle warehouses. All goods issues from assignments or service reports are listed in projects.
- Semantic search: Terms and content from tickets can be found using the new search function. Responses to search queries are displayed with links to the source.
- Chatbot: A chatbot has been added to the ticket system. Information can be retrieved using suggested questions or free commands.
