The demands placed on technical service are changing fundamentally: Today’s customers expect global 24/7 support—whether via self-service, remote access, or traditional on-site service. At the same time, expectations regarding efficiency, security, and user-friendliness are rising. How can all of this be reconciled—especially for medium-sized companies?
Answers will be provided at the 9th Service Forum Region Stuttgart on October 8th, 2025 at Geno Haus Stuttgart. The focus will be on topics such as field service management, knowledge and spare parts management, digital customer portals, compliance, and the acceptance of digital solutions. The aim is to provide practical strategies that work – without embellishment.
Innosoft will be there with its own booth. Our colleagues Daniel Brilovitsch and Karsten Frenzel will be available to discuss modern service solutions with you.
A special highlight:
Our customer Tim Herding from Herding GmbH Filtertechnik will give an exciting presentation on the topic of “Digitalization in Service” – a field report with clear statements and genuine insights.
