The Sales Manage­ment modu­le also inte­gra­tes seam­less­ly into Innosoft’s sys­tem envi­ron­ment. Con­sis­ten­cy is gua­ran­te­ed from the crea­ti­on of an offer through the con­ver­si­on into an order to the bil­ling in the Inno­soft Invoi­cing. Arti­cles with descrip­ti­ons can be inser­ted direct­ly from the Inno­soft Mate­ri­als Manage­ment, indi­vi­du­al pri­ce lists valid for the respec­ti­ve cus­to­mer are admi­nis­te­red in the Pri­ce List tool. Ano­t­her con­vin­cing aspect of the bid and order manage­ment is the very varia­ble indi­vi­du­al adap­ta­bi­li­ty of the pro­gram user inter­face. Stan­dard modu­les for items and texts sim­pli­fy and acce­le­ra­te the crea­ti­on of new quo­ta­ti­ons, which can be con­ver­ted into an order at the push of a button.

Con­ve­ni­ent crea­ti­on of quotations

When crea­ting quo­ta­ti­ons that can be con­ver­ted into an order with one click after accep­t­ance by the cus­to­mer, you are sup­por­ted by a varie­ty of use­ful func­tions. You can call up all pre­vious offers and orders via the machi­ne and cus­to­mer histo­ry and inte­gra­te spe­ci­fic con­di­ti­ons for the respec­ti­ve cus­to­mer (e.g. spe­cial pri­ce list or spe­cial dis­counts) into the new docu­ment. Other cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic agree­ments such as terms of pay­ment and deli­very or sett­le­ment types can also be easi­ly stored in the program.

Due to several levels, even com­plex offer struc­tures can be map­ped, and ver­sio­ning allows you to always keep track of chan­ges and adjus­t­ments. Posi­ti­on and text modu­les sim­pli­fy the crea­ti­on of quo­ta­ti­ons enor­mous­ly. Fre­quent­ly used ele­ments can be saved for quick access, from the salutati­on to the cover let­ter to the descrip­ti­ons of the arti­cle posi­ti­ons. The com­ple­ted quo­ta­ti­ons or order con­fir­ma­ti­ons are issued as a pro­fes­sio­nal­ly desi­gned PDF docu­ment at the push of a but­ton and pre­pa­red for dis­patch by e‑mail.

Full inte­gra­ti­on into the Inno­soft system

Of cour­se, the Sales modu­le can also be inte­gra­ted into any other ERP envi­ron­ment, but the bene­fits of the pro­gram beco­me par­ti­cu­lar­ly appa­rent when it is used as part of the Inno­soft Ser­vice Manage­ment Sys­tem. This allows you to insert the arti­cles inclu­ding descrip­ti­ons from the Inno­soft Mate­ri­al Manage­ment and main­tain the pro­duct pri­ces in the Pri­ce List Edi­tor. By lin­king to a sales ticket, a remin­der func­tion can be used, for examp­le to fol­low up an offer by telephone.

After con­ver­si­on and order release, assign­ments are gene­ra­ted direct­ly in the con­nec­ted Inno­soft Resour­ce Plan­ning, with the volu­me of ser­vices based on the order items. If the order is final­ly mar­ked as com­ple­ted, the bil­ling is done in the Inno­soft Invoi­cing, the fixed and varia­ble com­pon­ents of the order are mer­ged auto­ma­ti­cal­ly. Depen­ding on the technician’s feed­back, dif­fe­rent rates can be used for auto­ma­tic sett­le­ment accord­ing to time and expense.

Ver­sa­ti­le adap­t­ati­on and exten­si­on options

You can tailor the user inter­face to your indi­vi­du­al pre­fe­ren­ces with the help of the easy-to-use GUI edi­tor. For examp­le, you can hide fiel­ds that are not requi­red for your pro­cess, or embed new, user-definab­le selec­tion lists with data fiel­ds that are not avail­ab­le in the stan­dard sys­tem. Cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic parts lists can also be inte­gra­ted easi­ly, and cal­cu­la­ti­on rou­ti­nes and indi­vi­du­al cal­cu­la­ti­on designs can be used. Ver­sio­ning and access to pre­vious quo­ta­ti­ons and orders also offer a wide ran­ge of eva­lua­ti­on and com­pa­ri­son options.

Access rights are gran­ted user-dependent­ly, whe­re you can con­fi­gu­re very spe­ci­fi­cal­ly which user may or may not per­form which actions. Indi­vi­du­al quo­ta­ti­on forms are made avail­ab­le to you in MS Word or as a report. Nume­rous use­ful fea­tures can be acti­va­ted, such as a warning if the manu­fac­tu­ring cos­ts fall below the spe­ci­fied level. By con­nec­ting solu­ti­ons from Inno­soft part­ner com­pa­nies, you can also use a quo­ta­ti­on con­fi­gu­ra­tor and an elec­tro­nic spa­re parts cata­lo­gue in Sales Management.
