Sales Management
CONSISTENT MANAGEMENT OF QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS
The Sales Management module also integrates seamlessly into Innosoft’s system environment. Consistency is guaranteed from the creation of an offer through the conversion into an order to the billing in the Innosoft Invoicing. Articles with descriptions can be inserted directly from the Innosoft Materials Management, individual price lists valid for the respective customer are administered in the Price List tool. Another convincing aspect of the bid and order management is the very variable individual adaptability of the program user interface. Standard modules for items and texts simplify and accelerate the creation of new quotations, which can be converted into an order at the push of a button.

Convenient creation of quotations
When creating quotations that can be converted into an order with one click after acceptance by the customer, you are supported by a variety of useful functions. You can call up all previous offers and orders via the machine and customer history and integrate specific conditions for the respective customer (e.g. special price list or special discounts) into the new document. Other customer-specific agreements such as terms of payment and delivery or settlement types can also be easily stored in the program.
Due to several levels, even complex offer structures can be mapped, and versioning allows you to always keep track of changes and adjustments. Position and text modules simplify the creation of quotations enormously. Frequently used elements can be saved for quick access, from the salutation to the cover letter to the descriptions of the article positions. The completed quotations or order confirmations are issued as a professionally designed PDF document at the push of a button and prepared for dispatch by e‑mail.

Full integration into the Innosoft system
Of course, the Sales module can also be integrated into any other ERP environment, but the benefits of the program become particularly apparent when it is used as part of the Innosoft Service Management System. This allows you to insert the articles including descriptions from the Innosoft Material Management and maintain the product prices in the Price List Editor. By linking to a sales ticket, a reminder function can be used, for example to follow up an offer by telephone.
After conversion and order release, assignments are generated directly in the connected Innosoft Resource Planning, with the volume of services based on the order items. If the order is finally marked as completed, the billing is done in the Innosoft Invoicing, the fixed and variable components of the order are merged automatically. Depending on the technician’s feedback, different rates can be used for automatic settlement according to time and expense.

Versatile adaptation and extension options
You can tailor the user interface to your individual preferences with the help of the easy-to-use GUI editor. For example, you can hide fields that are not required for your process, or embed new, user-definable selection lists with data fields that are not available in the standard system. Customer-specific parts lists can also be integrated easily, and calculation routines and individual calculation designs can be used. Versioning and access to previous quotations and orders also offer a wide range of evaluation and comparison options.
Access rights are granted user-dependently, where you can configure very specifically which user may or may not perform which actions. Individual quotation forms are made available to you in MS Word or as a report. Numerous useful features can be activated, such as a warning if the manufacturing costs fall below the specified level. By connecting solutions from Innosoft partner companies, you can also use a quotation configurator and an electronic spare parts catalogue in Sales Management.
