The wide variety of options to display and filter the service assignments, which are presented in a Gantt diagram, help you to keep track of even a very large number of planned resources and scheduled deployments. For example, you can group assignments by executing resource, location or project and use the infinite period selection to display exactly the currently processed time span. Based on current capacity utilization and technician skills the system can also make suggestions which employee in which period is suited best for a planned assignment.
Location data and routes can be displayed geographically through the integration of Google Maps TM. By means of the proximity search you can quickly and conveniently find available employees near the site of an emergency operation or display due maintenances near a current assignment. If you are using a tracking solution, you can also see the location of your employees in real time, so that even short-term decisions about planning changes can always be made on the basis of the most up-to-date information.
Comprehensive preparation and postprocessing
The system displays all the information required for the scheduling and execution of operations in a clearly structured manner. With the help of the dynamic checklists, all relevant steps for preparation and postprocessing are immediately visible for each assignment. In addition to the complete travel planning including route, hotel and means of transport booking, this also includes the subsequent postprocessing of the data reported back by the service engineer such as times, material, cash expenses and technical reports. After successful testing and release, the data is transferred to the connected systems.
