Sebastian Schult is one of our top experts for Innosoft Field Service Management. He has been a permanent member of the Innosoft sales team since 2016 and has previously gained experience in other areas such as service or quality assurance. Sebastian successfully completed his dual studies at the European University of Applied Sciences in Brühl and gained further skills in dealing with people from different cultures during his semester abroad in England.
With his skills and conscientiousness, you quickly notice – sales is important to Sebastian. Customer satisfaction always comes first. Sebastian likes to give more than 120% and lives the saying “There are no traffic jams on the extra mile.”
Thomas Loeber has been working at Innosoft since 2012. Born in the USA, he grew up in beautiful Austria. For his studies at that time, however, he moved to the Ruhr area in Germany. Already as a project manager, Thomas was responsible for larger and international rollouts in various countries worldwide and accompanied them with a lot of commitment.
With his many years of project experience and expertise, he manages his customers’ projects with great enthusiasm and determination. Thomas has a special talent for creative solutions and is an interface expert with his industry knowledge and technical know-how.

Steffen Schmidt works as a sales partner at Innosoft. He draws on more than 25 years of service process knowledge and service software know-how. The adaptation of customer-specific service, software roll-out processes and methods as well as the cultural characteristics of worldwide implementations were acquired primarily in the field of robotics and the associated applications. Solutions for information management, the provision of service knowledge on any device and at the right time are also part of its portfolio.

Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria and Switzerland
Thomas Müller is a consulting and sales partner of Innosoft. He lives in the Stuttgart area and is the contact person for companies from Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria and Switzerland.
He has a degree in business administration and twenty years of experience as an IT manager with responsibility for the structural and process organisation in medium-sized mechanical and plant engineering. His special expertise lies in quality management, the digitalisation of processes and lean management.
Due to his diverse experience in IT implementation projects, also on the user side, and his distinctive social competence, he is an ideal partner in complex projects. He has a special focus on optimising service processes in the context of lean services. Long-term, trusting customer partnerships are important to him.

Hans Walter Zimmermann
Hans Walter Zimmermann was in a leading position in the service department of a globally operating manufacturer of equipment for the generation of vacuum. Innosoft’s software was used there.
Originally from the Cologne region, Hans Walter Zimmermann now lives mainly in Belgium and is therefore the perfect contact person for customers as well as projects from the Benelux region.
After retirement, Hans Walter would like to pass on his experience and expertise in the field of service to others – “Innosoft’s software is a product that can be recommended with a clear conscience”.
