Tho­mas Schnei­der has worked after his trai­ning as a heli­co­p­ter mecha­nic and then in the air­craft maintenance.

After fur­ther trai­ning as a sta­te-cer­ti­fied mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring tech­ni­ci­an, he foun­ded a com­pa­ny for web design and IT sys­tems in 1994. In this capa­ci­ty, Mr. Schnei­der and his employees sup­plied, instal­led and sup­por­ted hard­ware and soft­ware pri­ma­ri­ly for small and medi­um-sized companies.
