If you as a service manager are able to reduce the cost pressure by means of better business processes, your positional value in the company will grow. The Innosoft User Day, an annual event for all (potential) users of the modules of the Innosoft Service Management System, provides an excellent opportunity for that. Well-known representatives of German industry present strategies to optimize service processes in a relaxed atmosphere, when they report on their experiences with the implementation of software solutions and outline the potential of IT-supported customer service. Service control, benchmarking, and process analysis are traditionally in the focus, but of course, also general service-related topics are taken into account when service managers, IT professionals and other decision makers of the management board of renowned German companies exchange information and experiences in Dortmund.
