The Association of German machine and plant engineering named VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau) invites you once again to the annual service meeting in June 2018. As every year the dialogue with colleagues from the machine and plant engineering sector shall provide beneficial impulses for the participants. The VDMA customer service conference is aimed at Managing Directors, Heads of After Sales Services and managers from the fields of product management and business development. The association of German machine and plant engineering named VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau) invites you once again to an ERFA-Kreis meeting in the head office in Frankfurt. Those meetings are an opportunity to exchange information with colleagues from different branches of industry, to learn from each other and to inform yourself at an early stage about trends and developments in the mechanical and plant engineering sector. A central topic of this ERFA is the use of mobile service systems, which is why Innosoft GmbH should not be missing. Information will also be available shortly before the start of the event on the VDMA website.

The "Serviceforum Region Stuttgart" will take place for the fourth time on Wednesday, 4th of July 2018. The service forum is a one-day specialist conference on the topic of "Industrial Services" and expects around 100 managers from the service departments of medium-sized and large companies, who want to take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences. In 2018, the focus will be on optimizing the service organization, the development and marketing of service products as well as on the best practices of digitalization in service. The event, which takes place from approx. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., is rounded off by a World Café for networking the participants and actively discussing current issues in service. Some points on the agenda are yet to be confirmed, however, it can be taken for granted that – as at the previous events – the renowned speakers from leading companies, associations and institutes of the German economy will present the current trends in service management in informative and entertaining presentations. Of course, project managers from Innosoft GmbH will also once again present the latest innovations from our development department and answer questions from the users. After the AWT 2016, which was held in early summer to mark the company's 20th anniversary, in 2018 the exchange of experience and information on IT support in the service area will again take place in Dortmund in mid-September as usual. Innosoft is pleased to welcome more than 100 decision-makers from the service sector of Germany and its neighboring countries to this twelfth gathering in Dortmund.
