With the Innosoft Project Management complex orders can be structured and the individual procedures can be linked considering certain dependencies, e.g. end-start relation. An overview of all projects supports the user in the personnel planning or the scheduling of long-term construction sites. The employees who are responsible for the individual assembly stages have starting points for their activities and can demand the in-time completion of the positions, which have to be ready beforehand.
Resources can be allocated to the individual procedures. In the Resource Planning this allocation is displayed as an assignment bar for further processing. Such meticulously planned construction sites allow reliable target performance comparisons and thus provide early conclusions in the case of deviations from planning.
